v3.0 ships Meeting → Action

A CRM with
taste.
It takes the call.
You stay human.

The first CRM where the AI executes, not suggests. IntellCRM records the call, writes the recap, schedules the follow-up, and moves the deal. You stay in charge of one word: yes.

02 — Proof, the way founders want it

Not marketing.
Pipelines
that close, measured in USD.

Every active IntellCRM team is in this feed. We don't hide behind case studies. You see what other AEs and Head of Sales did this morning, what deals moved, what gets rejected. Read it like a Bloomberg terminal — except about your revenue.

03 — The Friction

Three places
where your sales motion
is quietly breaking.

These three failure modes cost the average B2B startup between $1.4M and $4.2M in lost ARR per year. They are boring, they are repeatable, and they are exactly where IntellCRM takes over.

04 — The Engine

Four things a CRM
is supposed to do.
Three of them still aren't.

We rewired a CRM around execution, not features. Every line of code on IntellCRM answers one question: does this ship work — or does it suggest work and ship a dashboard?

01Stop taking notes. Start approving them.

Meeting → Action

Every call transcribed. Every commitment extracted. Every task created. The deal moves the second your AE says "let's circle Tuesday" — not 47 minutes later when they remember to log in.

  • Speaker diarization for 8-party calls
  • 38 commitment-pattern trained on $1.4B in closed deals
  • Auto-task with owner, due date, and link to source timestamp

Outreach Agent

IntellCRM reads your top 30 winning emails, learns your voice, and ships multi-step sequences (email · LinkedIn · voicemail) at the minute each buyer opens. You review once. Replies land in the deal.

  • Learns voice from history, not magic "AI tone" presets
  • Send-time optimization per recipient, per channel
  • Reply sentiment auto-tagged into the deal pipeline

Contact Ghostwriter

On day one, IntellCRM reads your inbox, your calendar, and your team's LinkedIn activity. Then it writes the dossier on every contact — who they are, what they care about, what they owe you. No data entry. Ever.

  • Reads Gmail, Outlook, M365, Front in 9 minutes
  • Auto-tags personal context ("has 2 kids", "ran a marathon in 2022")
  • Updates continuously — never stale, never "with-it-yesterday"

05 — The Math

How much is your
sales motion
leaving on the floor?

Move four sliders. Watch the number grow in USD. These are not hypotheticals — they're the median improvement curves from 1,247 production IntellCRM deployments. Conservative by default, optimistic only when you keep the slider there.

07 — The questions founders actually ask

Real questions.
Honest answers.

Not the corporate FAQ that dodges five times and says "contact sales" the sixth. These are the five questions a Head of Sales asks on a 12-min call when they're deciding whether to bring IntellCRM to their team — answered one by one.

01How long does setup take? Will I lose a Monday to it?

No. Sign in, connect your inbox and calendar, pick 3 AEs to pilot with, click "Start". Median time to first auto-recap: 9 minutes. We import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion, Attio, Airtable — bring a CSV or just OAuth once. Your AEs get a single Slack DM with a Loom. By Monday afternoon they've stopped writing recaps.

02Is this SOC2 compliant? Can we record customer calls legally?

Yes on both. We are SOC2 Type II audited annually, GDPR-compliant, with data residency in US and EU. Call recording legality is governed by your jurisdiction — IntellCRM surfaces a consent prompt and produces a recording disclosure you can customize per state/country. If your procurement team needs our BAA, our SOC2 report, or our DPA, those are one-click downloads from /security.

03You say "AI executes, not suggests". What does that actually mean?

It means IntellCRM moves the deal, sends the email, updates the contact, schedules the meeting, writes the recap — and then shows you a 1-click approve / reject. We do not pop up suggestions your AE has to remember to action. Everything IntellCRM produces is in your CRM, indexed, queryable, and reversible. If you don't like what IntellCRM did, "undo" is one click + an audit trail.

04How is this different from Gong, Chorus, or any other call recorder?

Gong listens. We write. Gong tells you a deal moved because someone said "let's schedule a follow-up". We move the deal, schedule the follow-up, send the recap, and mark the contact as engaged — all before the AE closes the call tab. We don't replace Gong — we replace the 19 minutes after every call where someone forgot to update the CRM.

05Does it integrate with our stack? We use Slack, Linear, Notion, and a few HubSpot remnants.

Yes. Native integrations for Slack, Linear, Notion, Asana, Figma, Calendly, Gmail, Outlook, Front, Intercom, Gong, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webhooks. We also maintain a public API and a Zapier/PieSync connector if your stack is exotic. HubSpot "remnants" are common — IntellCRM will read your existing records, enrich them, and let you choose what to migrate vs archive.

08 — The last argument

Your CRM should write
itself. Mine should
sign itself.
Yours, should be IntellCRM.

Three sentences. The third one is the verdict.
